| 12/19/22 10:14:49 | Elastic Recorder X V1.7.69.944 released | New Features Clip Chunking In Elastic Recorder X, it is now possible to break a large recording into a set of smaller recordings. For example, if you need to record 24 hours of content, you may wish to create 24 one-hour recordings rather than one 24-hour recording. When chunking is enabled, separate assets are created for each chunk in the overall recording. The asset corresponding to the first chunk of the recording is named, as has always been the case, using the name specified when the recording is initiated. Assets created for subsequent chunks will use the same name as the first chunk but with a chunk number appended. For example, the first chunk may be named “weather” and the second chunk “weather_002”. In the Elastic Recorder X configuration, chunking can be either enabled or disabled. If enabled, the chunk size can be specified as a value in hours and minutes. Audio Waveforms Audio waveform data is now generated in Framelight X for recordings.
