A very good example of farewell email

It’s always with sadness when I receiving a farewell email from those friendly colleague, instead of been soaked in that mood, I choose to learn from their wording, just as my way of memorizing them.

Dear colleagues,

It is with a sadness that I write this letter to say goodbye. I will be leaving XYZ company after 15 wonderful years of working here to take some time off and then pursue new challenges.

I am grateful for the countless experiences and memories I have shared with each of you. From the late nights spent working together on projects, to the laughter and camaraderie we shared over lunch. I have truly cherished every moment spent at this company.

I would like to thank you all for your unwavering support and encouragement throughout the years. Your kindness and generosity have made a significant impact on my life and I am proud to have worked alongside such talented individuals.

As I move on to this next chapter, I am filled with excitement and a sense of adventure. However, it is with a heavy heart that I leave behind such a remarkable group of people.

I hope that each and every one of you continues to strive for excellence in all that you do. Remember to always believe in yourself, and never give up on your goals. The world is full of opportunities, and I have no doubt that you will each find success in your own way.
